I saw your resignation come through. Is this real? Yep. I'm honestly shocked. Really? What gave you that impression? I've always been such a team player. That's corporate for you. We kept giving you more work and you kept doing it. Come on. I'm serious. Why didn't you tell me you were looking? Because every time I told you I was unhappy, you told me to hang in there. I didn't realize it was this serious. That's because you don't take anything seriously until somebody quits. So is this about money? Partially. You know you're part of our team. And you only say that after somebody resigns. That's not true. Look, what would it take to keep you? A time machine. Be serious. I am. So there's nothing we can do? Nope. Why not?
