We haven't seen a decline in productivity. Honestly, we've seen an increase. Because of that, we've made the decision to continue to work remotely indefinitely. Over the last year, we've learned our employees don't need an office to be effective. Just Wi-Fi and their laptop. As things start to return to normal, we're introducing a new and exciting hybrid model for all employees. We need everyone in the office one day a week for collaboration. Hybrid is the future. It's the best of both worlds. Please choose two days a week to come into the office so we can collaborate together in person. We know you can handle working from home, but some work is better done in person. We're refining our hybrid strategy. Three days in the office is the sweet spot. We've listened to employee feedback and made a decision that aligns best with our business needs. We understand flexibility is important, which is why you can choose which four days you want to come into the office. We're officially returning to the office full time.
