There’s also a founder fellowship after completing the residency which is a basically the same deal than YC at $400k for 7% (funny how these numbers all align) and guarantees $600k in additional funding but the residency is imo a much better way to structure these things as not everyone will still have conviction in an idea after going through residency. Community and fund are different and they have no rights to invest if you go through the program which feels less transactional to me at least. #venturecapital #ycomvinator #sanfrancisco
