If you are a Malaysian and you love Nasi Lemak, you probably heard of this brand called Ali Muthu and Ah Hock. Me and my buddy, we created this brand. So about 13 years ago, we created Ali Muthu and Ah Hock. I used to operate Crazy Crabs, chains of bars and restaurants. So back then when I met my girlfriend, then wife now, I decided that I do not want to work on Friday nights and Saturday nights with girls ass and tits. So I didn't want the environment. So I spent my time in Ali. So let me tell you why we named it Ali Muthu and Ah Hock. If anybody has been to Kebangsaan school in Malaysia, Ali always represents the Malay. Muthu always represents the Indian. Ah Hock always represents the Chinese. So Ali Muthu and Ah Hock. So in the early days, it had a very, very slow start. So it took us from the first outlet to the second outlet, it was about three and a half to four years. And then we got our big break when I insisted in opening a new outlet. It was in Bangsar South Sphere. And that was our first outlet that did extremely well. Bangsar South was the third outlet. And very soon after, we had the fourth, fifth and sixth outlet. So back in 2018, someone found interest invested in us. And in 2020, they bought me out entirely. And I rested for three long years. And that's how I end up with Nasi Lemak Shop. So I guess you can say I really, really love Nasi Lemak after selling Ali Muthu. Taking a rest for three years, I'm back again. Nasi Lemak.
