High protein meal prep for lazy bitches. So today I'm gonna show you how to make your own high protein breakfast. I'm using chocolate peanut butter overnight oats and these are my absolute favorite. Listen, I get it, meal prepping sucks, but it only sets you up for success later on during the week. So today I'm gonna show you how to make one of my favorite overnight oats recipes. We are adding a half a cup of rolled oats to each of these jars. I will be using this Blue Diamond chocolate protein almond milk for the recipe, but I'm obsessed with it. So I'm just gonna pour myself a glass. I'm gonna add some chia seeds, a tablespoon of powdered peanut butter, like a hefty tablespoon. A little bit of unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon, of course. I mashed up two bananas, so we're gonna add that in. And you can make as many jars as you want for the week. Just a little bit of yogurt. In my opinion, this is the best way to make overnight oats, but you just didn't hear that from me. And again, the star of the show is this Blue Diamond chocolate protein almond milk. I'm obsessed with it. So I'm just gonna pour myself a glass. We're gonna add like a little under a cup to each one. Head over to Walmart or walmart.com where Blue Diamond Almondmilk is on rollback for a limited time. I'm always looking for easy ways to get in more protein. And this has 8g of protein and 45% less sugar than dairy chocolate milk, but it's like the perfect amount of sweetness for the oats. Give that a little stir so it doesn't overflow. I just melted some chocolate with coconut oil and we're gonna drizzle this on top. And I just do a thin layer because I don't want too much. Looking forward to breakfast in the morning is one of the few things that actually gets me out of bed.
