New supernatural HORROR movie released this week

We have a new supernatural horror movie that released this week. This one looks really good and we need to talk about it. This one is called Lockbox and it follows a woman named Ellen who moves to a small town seeking peace after the passing of her mother. She joins a local church and begins volunteering, settling into the small town life. Almost immediately, she takes in her cousin who is a reserve veteran coping with a leg wound and severe psychological trauma. Their peaceful routine is disrupted when a new neighbor moves in, inserting herself into their lives in unsettling ways. As the cousin's behaviors shift and become increasingly alarming, she begins to fear that he is being targeted and hunted by a powerful supernatural force. This one starts Carla Gugino from The Haunting of Hill House and Gerald's Game, and I really like her as an actress, so I cannot wait to see her in this. Not only is this a psychological supernatural movie, but there is a court case that they get involved in, and so the mystery side is also involved. I love when detective movies are mixed with supernatural because I feel like it's hard to prove your innocence when it's something that is unexplainable.
