Accountants don't need to be good at math, they need to be good at Excel and I'm gonna show you two things that you need to do in every Excel file that you work in. So when you work with the budget data, you're gonna hit Ctrl A to select all. Then you're gonna hit Alt H O I to format the columns to fit the column width. Then you're gonna hit Alt W F R to freeze the top row. That way when you're scrolling down, you don't lose the header. Then some extra credit, you're gonna hit Ctrl T and enter to format all your different cells to a table.
