If you can't do this in Excel, you're studying accounting, you are falling behind. When you get messy data, you're gonna hit control A, then you're gonna hit Alt H E F, and you're gonna clear all the formatting. Then you're gonna hit shift spacebar, shift up, and then control minus sign to delete the rows so that the headers that I want are at the top. Then you're gonna hit control A again, then you're gonna hit Alt H O I to fit the columns. Then you're gonna hit control shift L to hit the filters on here. Some people like hitting control T, enter will shift this into a table. And the last thing I want to do for this specific workflow is filter for invoice status. Alt down to enter the filter. E to go search. And I only want the invoices that are done. So I'm gonna write done and hit enter. And then I'm gonna get the data that I want.
