Here's how to start decluttering when you have NO idea what to do. Coming from a girl who had no idea what to do and the decluttered basically her entire life in the span of one year. Number one, you're gonna start with visual friction zones. Not the closet, not the place, not the drawer that's tucked in. Start with what you see. Because you will start to see tangible results as you declutter it, as opposed to taking everything out of the closet, putting it back in, you realize you don't like the way you organize it, and then not progress over time. So visual friction zones in visually anything in front of you that has clutter. Start going to work on those. Bad boys. Number two, decluttering does not have to be a full day thing. Like people when they come to me and they're like, oh, decluttering, it takes so long. It doesn't need to be. You can spend 10 to 15 minutes every day. The time is gonna pass anyway. So what are you gonna do with the time? Instead of coming home and sitting down for three hours on your phone. Spend 15 minutes on your nightstand that's sitting next to your bed that you're gonna say you're gonna keep going through and haven't gone through. If you do want to continue decluttering your life, making minimal moves to improve, then you know what to do. Hit follow.
