Beef stew Not every beef stew has to taste the same. 🤎 This one skips the classic Nigerian style and goes for something rich, slow-cooked, and deeply comforting. Tender beef, a velvety sauce, and flavours that get even better with every bite. If you're looking to switch things up, this recipe deserves a spot on your menu. Would you give this version a try? My blender from @Buchymix Direct Recipe Beef seasoning - onion powder - Paprika - Curry - Beef seasoning cubes Blended mix - onions - G In a blender I added two large onions, some garlic and some habanero peppers, a little bit of water to give that really smooth blend. Once that was done, I went ahead to season the beef. I seasoned with some onion powder, some paprika, a little bit of curry and beef seasoning cubes. I mixed that all together until everything was properly infused into the meat. In a heated pot, I just poured in the meat and I allowed that to brown a little bit, just like this. Then I went in with the blended base. Then I added enough water to cook the meat. I put in some bell peppers and some carrots that I'll be using for this particular meal. I also boiled some eggs that I will be putting into the stew. Then I went ahead to cut up some plantain that I'll be frying to serve on the side. Once I finished this, I measured out the rice that I'll be cooking and I also brought out the vegetables that I'll be using to steam the rice. By this time, the beef was already done and tender. So I went in with some more pepper and some tomato paste and some rosemary. I mixed that in and I added the carrots and the chopped bell peppers. I added the boiled eggs and the chopped bell peppers, give everything a good mix and food was ready. This was looking so good and it smelled so aromatic. Now, this is my favorite part, serving the meal and getting to taste my creation. This tasted absolutely scrumptiously yummy yummy.
