Someone told me the other day that the only people that make it as filmmakers are the ones that don't give up. And I highly disagree. People that make it in this industry are the executioners. Let me show you how to be an executioner. Every single idea you have, no matter how big or how small they are, write them down so you can see it in front of you. Next, you want to choose the easiest idea from that list. I mean, the easiest. It doesn't matter if it's not your favorite. Then you want to tell a trusted person about this idea so they can hold you accountable. Because when someone else knows exactly what you want to do, there's a little bit more pressure. Next, the film that you're holding right now, you're gonna shoot the film on your phone. It doesn't need to be perfect, it just needs to be done. Because you're going to trick your brain into getting that dopamine hit. Once you film this film on your phone, your brain is going to want more.
