How I became a film director at 21 years old. 40 second explanation. Filmmakers to pay as much as possible when it comes to your career as a film director, so that when you do get on set, you really feel comfortable in your position because you prepared for this exact moment. And this page is going to help you do that. I give creative advice, I show my creative days, and I also just do a whole lot of whatever to show you the reality of what it's like to be a filmmaker. I'm currently a creative director leading on a brand, and one of the things I have to do is a storyboard. Before I became a filmmaker though, making a storyboard and a treatment is something I would do in my spare time. And this is something I encourage you to do. Create a short scene and make a storyboard based off that. So by the time you actually have to make one for a project, you already are well versed in how to do so. There is no harm in practicing your craft everyday to get better at it.
