How to reset AirPods Pro 2. Place AirPods Pro 2 in the charging case and close the lid. Wait 30 seconds. Forget the device on your iPhone or iPad. Go to Settings, Bluetooth. Tap the icon next to your AirPods. Tap Forget This Device and confirm. Reset the AirPods. Open the lid of your charging case. Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds. Watch the status light. The light on the front will flash green, then white. Your AirPods are now reset.
