BEATING After beating Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, I've realized that this feels less like a remake and more like an entirely new Assassin's Creed game. That, I mean that as the highest compliment possible. Of course, it's a remake in the sense that it keeps the same experience and has every single thing we loved from the original. But it's so vastly improved in every single way that it also feels entirely new. I mean, this visual is insane. It's one of the best looking games I have ever played, period. The upgraded stealth and parkour modernized this game into a proper 2026 release. The parry driven combat is incredibly satisfying. And there's new content that wasn't in the original. What makes the original and this game so special is the naval combat and exploration. It's never been better. Sailing around the ocean, listening to sea shanties, battling other ships with these new updated visuals is some of the most immersive gameplay I have ever experienced. So if you've played the original, then you'll fall all over again. But if you've never played the original, then you'll feel like you're playing a proper 2026 Assassin's Creed game, which also happens to be the best one in the entire franchise.
