Welcome back to another episode of I love to eat, but I hate to cook. Tonight's dinner was a request for chicken, bear, yoni. And I'm really excited for this one because this is the first time doing chicken. I love chicken. First thing, let's wash and disinfect our hands. Little set up here. I got the spice crack. Here I have my lids and then I got three sets of these because I want to be able to meal prep as well as not have to wait for one set to be done in the dishwasher. They're really cheap too. They're like 25 bucks. Perfect. Time to rinse this. I'm going to let it just soak in that cup. Container B has 1 and a half or 10 oz of sliced red onion. Perfect. Looks like we need fresh mint and sulfur. On the last recipe, I thought I was picking sulfur out of the garden, but it was partially. I don't know anything about plants, like if it's not a sunflower or rose, I have no idea what it is. So I'm going to get some help because I know we have both of those in the garden. So let's go get them. Only the leaves. All right, so that's where the partially is. I thought that was So. It's not So. Still tasted good though. Come on. Let's do this faster. 23 on the dot. That was a juice See lemon. I found this in the Indian olive or like the Indian section at Safeway. Took me so long to find this today. And then two sticks of cinnamon. And the rice was soaking, it's drained. Mama's pumping. Baby's cooking. It's cooking. Hi. What's up, monkey? I'm for the true test. See this chicken. If it's dry and would be pissed. It looks good. Oh man. I do not know how it does it. It is not dry in the slightest. The rice is fluffy. It's got a little kick to it. Another big win!!
