Welcome back to another episode of I love to eat, but I hate to cook. We're going to do another vegetarian dish called Shakushuka today. It's been requested a few times. I'm really excited for this one because I love Shakshuka. So let's jump right in. As always, sweet. Cup A-A-R-R. We've got four eggs. Cup B-Red. we've got two and a half tablespoons of minced garlic, seven ounces of small diced red bell pepper and six ounces of finely diced red onion. Scale about 5,000, 6.17, perfect. 7.2. Perfect. Chapbot 2,000. Got got container Chichi. We've got 16 ounces of canned crushed tomato. Cantron. 16.54. I think that's safe. Cup doggy, we've got four more eggs. For the spices, we've got salt, black pepper, sugar, paprika, cumin powder. So the recipe calls for parsley this time and I'm really excited because I know parsley. We're going to do a quick taste test because I've got some family over and we all are excited to dig in on this. It's been smelling amazing throughout the house so didn't take long to prep. Cook wise, it did take like over an hour, but that's okay because I wasn't cooking. The appearance to me looks what the heck? What? I saw. Oh my god. Uh I'm so glad I got that on camera. All right, we're going to jump back in. Yeah, this smelled so good throughout the whole house. We're all starving. So we're all going to try this together. Oh good. I'll get you one. Oh, man. Yep. Oh, that is so good. We will definitely be cooking this again and we are going to scarf this down. I'm going to have my neighbor Steve try some too. A+ Make sure to leave a comment if you want to see any other recipes. Thanks for watching.
