Hands down the BEST one we’ve done on the Posha!! I didn’t want to skip a single ingredient or seasoning so I went and got all the authentic Indian spices it calls for in the recipe. The paneer was cooked perfectly, the sauce hit all the right notes of sweet, creamy and it was spiced to perfection. Definitely going to make it extra spicy next time. Going to try out some more requests so be sure to check out their list in the website and comment your suggestion! We’ve got chicken biryani and chicken pasole next.
