She said he texts her back hours later but he's active on Instagram. I'm gonna tell you something you probably don't wanna hear. He didn't text you back because he didn't want to text you back. That hurts, but we've got to stop acting like Instagram opens itself. He had enough time to scroll, enough time to watch stories, enough time to like pictures, enough time to comment. He just didn't have enough time for you. There's a difference. And please don't let somebody make you feel crazy for noticing that. Because this not about texting. It's about priority. If I tell you I'm busy, but every time you open Instagram, I'm active. What am I communicating without saying it? That my attention is available, just not for you. And that's why I tell women all the time, stop listening to excuses and start watching patterns. Because people don't accidentally ignore the people they're excited about. When somebody can't wait to talk to you, you don't have to wonder. You'll know.
