My client had a labia at hair and I want to talk about it. It didn't happen here. Number one, number two, it happened at a waxing franchise. So this could be part two or whatever. I don't know how I'm going to roll these out, but this could be another part of the waxing franchise horror stories. If you needed more convincing to stop going to those franchises, here you go. So she got her labia torn. I I when she came in and it was all healed up, I have sister skin and I saw like the little where was that? Um and I let her know like it's really not that bad. She told me herself like it wasn't that bad, but she said the day that it happened, it really was a lot of blood. And um she was concerned. She told the girl like to stop watching her. She said as soon as she lifted up like that one strip and she saw that it tore, she said that the girl her whole face turned pale like she literally turned into a ghost. And um I looked at the air that it happened that and I let her know on a serious note like maybe she got too close to the Leavy at Bears are never any fun like for anybody. Like it's no fun when it happens. Nobody wants to go through that. It's very difficult. Um, to gain that client's trust back, you know, any event that that it happens to you and I I did let her know um, like you did go job like not freaking out. Um, I I let her know too like I'm pretty sure the walk shop already felt like horrible like as is. Um, those situations are literally no fun. But if you need more convincing, stop going to those . They're trying. Like that's crazy to me. Um if you're a walker and you want help like with proper skin prep before you walk the client if you're worried about tearing. and this can happen with hard walkers or with soft walkers. a lot of the are the are the. No, it all comes down to technique. I always put like a little rem of oil right there by my client's inner labia before I get started waxing and I never wax too close to it. Um in the event that they they do have like little hairs left behind there, I literally take like the tinest amount of wax. It's like literally a little bit of wax when I'm cleaning up that area. Um just because you never want to just go crazy putting wax all up in their inner labia like you have to be so careful cuz you just never know like who's going to be that one client, maybe their skin is extremely sensitive. like you just never know. Um, but I'm so sorry that this happened to um, my client and I would not wish this like on anyone on client on a waxer. Like it's literally no fun. They're pretty minor, but it is so scary. And um, yeah. Even that's all that I got you guys. I'll see you guys in the next one.
