If you're a waxer, what are some red flags that you notice in a client as soon as they come into your studio? For me, number one is gonna be when they lay down on the table and they're like, 'Yeah, I know I shaved last week but hopefully you can still get all the hair.' That's number one, always gonna be like the biggest red flag ever because now like I have to pull out a mirror, I have to let them know like exactly where we're not gonna be able to get all of those hairs to come up. Because I can't do anything if you shave, I'm sorry. If you shave a week ago, two weeks ago, like you need to come in with four weeks or more of hair growth. Just for us to achieve the best results on your first wax. Number two is gonna be, yeah, they come in and they prop down on the table and they start immediately talking about how the last time that they got waxed, or if they're gonna be for any part of the body, right? Especially eyebrows. They start talking about how they've been waxed everywhere and they don't know how they bounced everywhere. Waxer to waxer, I know that they can get this right. Um, I'm just saying, like, you know, you're not happy yet. Number three is gonna be when they're in the reception area, maybe I'm waxing another client, but they get to knocking on my door, trying to open the door instead of just sitting, like, as soon as you walk into my studio, there's a sign that you read, like, exact instructions that you follow, like, you have a seat and you wait until it's time for your appointment.
