Welcome to Achill Island and you love Achill Island and you love food trucks, must. So be it to your list. If you're crossing leaving the island, there's a little turn here go down there. Right across the road from Óstán Oileán Acla, or Alice's, as the locals call it. Will find Achill Railway Coffee Carriage Also handily located on the green way It has an absolutely great selection of sandwiches. Lovely little sheltered seating area. Emily is the owner, and I school with Aurnia. Her gorgeous daughter is working behind So the cookies homemade Yeah, I made them half an hour ago, so they're still warm and fresh. Wow. And what's your favourite? My favourite is the Rolo down here. Okay, yeah. And the Kinder Bueno as well. Okay, yeah. So I get one of each then. Do the taste test. So I ordered the signature ham and cheese toastie, sourdough bread. And then I got two of as you seen and baked by Aurnia a half an hour ago, excited to try them, but you have proper food first. Just parked up bridge there, and it is just gorgeous. It is really well toasted. I hate when you get, like, toasted sandwiches and melted. So this is gorgeous. Oh, my god. This is good ham and cheese sandwich. That is good coffee. It's really smooth and strong, just the way I like it. So this one, Kinder Bueno. I'm gonna crack it in half. Ah, so gooey. Stop. This is delicious. My god. I think I could have possibly found my new addiction. This is amazing. Like, where would that you've got? A cookie that was made like half an hour ago. Even the chocolate is still gooey inside. So if you're even out of Achill and you're wherever you're from, stop and get for journey back, because this is better than any cookie you will buy from any of these fancy f...ing places.
