With all of our new parts installed, it's time for a little test. We just need to find something to drill into. I already called your mom but she's busy. Ah, here we go. All right, this is your last chance. What the fuck? It doesn't want to spin but it doesn't want to hammer. So, we've taken it all apart again. Double the work, double the fun. And it looks like the ball from the connecting rod jumped out of the cup of the wobble plate. But if we put it back into position, it seems to be working fine. Why don't you want to work with the wobble plate, buddy? Well, this spring isn't looking too good. It's all sorts of mangled. I'm guessing from when it broke previously, it had been severely weakened. And our test just now rendered it unusable. So now we're gonna have to buy a spring. Or wait a minute. I have to have one hanging around somewhere. The old parts box. I bet you there's a spring in these dirt bike parts. Oh, carburetors have springs. Aha! This might be what I need. And this is why I never throw anything away. That's a good looking spring. I mean, it is a bit long and a bit stiff. But I wonder if we can get it to work anyway.
