In part two of welding a broken sawmill band saw blade together, we're preparing the surface of the blade for the new weld and performing the weld. So, we'll need to scuff up the surface we plan to weld to make sure it's bare metal. Then, we'll set our YesWelder welding machine to its lowest setting and weld up that seam. After that we just need to grind down the weld so that it's perfectly flat. If the weld isn't smoothed out the blade won't travel freely inside the lumber mill saw.
