What's your major? Oh my god. Jackson, Jackson, get over here, get over here. I'm an accounting major. Do you think you can answer five questions every accounting major should know? Let's do it. I'm going to ask you five questions, each one will get harder if you get it right. Got you. Okay. Number one, what is an asset? Um, car is an asset. Good job. One for one. What is the accounting equation? The accounting equation is asset equals liability plus equity. Good job. Two for two. Um, what is double entry accounting? I cannot tell you that. That is every transaction affects at least two accounts, debit and credit. Okay. Two for three. What is depreciation? Depreciation is the the the value of an asset that goes down over time. Yeah. Good job. Three for four. Um, what is accrual accounting? When your expenses when you earn your when you earn your income but it doesn't come right away, it comes later on during the time period. Yeah. Good job. Four for five. And why study accounting? Um, I just think that accounting has a good job market out there and my biggest goal after college is to just get a job. Nice.
