Hip dips are completely normal and come down to your bone structure 🤍🦴 Nothing is “wrong” with them. But it’s also okay to have personal goals. ☁️✨ Wanting a fuller, rounder look doesn’t mean you hate your body, and you definitely don’t need a BBL to work toward it 🍑 The truth? I didn’t make my hip dips look less noticeable by doing random glute workouts. I focused on building the muscles around them. 👇🏽 Here’s what actually made the biggest difference: ✨ Prioritizing my side glutes, not just hip thrusts ✨ Training through a full range of motion with hip mobility ✨ Progressive overload instead of changing my workouts every week ✨ Glute activation before every lower body session ✨ Staying consistent even when progress felt slow Some of my favorite exercises: • Hip abductions • Cable glute kickbacks • Side leg raises • Clamshells • Lateral band walks • Bulgarian split squats • Step-ups • Single-leg RDLs The goal isn’t to “fix” hip dips, you can’t change your bone structure. The goal is to build the muscles around your hips to create a fuller-looking shape over time. 🍑🤍 That’s exactly why I created my 8-week Fill the Dips Program: ✨ Gym + home versions ✨ Side glute-focused workouts ✨ Hip mobility before every session ✨ Progressive overload already planned ✨ Exercise demos + nutrition guidance Link in bio for all my workout programs!! #fyp #gym #workout #fitness #glutes
