CORE BUILDER EXERCISES 💪 Want abs that actually do their job? Forget endless crunches. These 4 kettlebell exercises build the kind of core that improves strength, balance, posture, and athleticism by forcing your entire trunk to stabilize under load. 1. Overhead March Hold the kettlebell locked out overhead and march in place. Sounds easy… until your shoulders, abs, and obliques realize what’s happening. Amazing for stability and core control. 2. Atlas Swing A powerful swing variation that forces your core to brace hard while generating explosive hip power. Great for your abs, glutes, posterior chain, and conditioning. 3. Windmills One of the best exercises for building rotational strength, shoulder stability, and oblique strength while improving mobility at the same time. 4. Around The World Pass the kettlebell around your body without letting your torso twist. Sounds simple, but your core will be working overtime to keep you stable. Optional workout 👇 20 Min EMOM Min 1 Overhead March × 40 sec Min 2 Atlas Swing × 12–15 reps Min 3 Windmills × 6–8 each side Min 4 Around The World × 10 each direction Min 5 Rest… and appreciate muscles you didn’t know you had 😅 Repeat for 4 rounds. Use a kettlebell that’s challenging enough to make your core work, but light enough to keep every rep controlled. 📲 Want 400+ kettlebell workouts that build real-world strength with just one kettlebell?
