These Loaded Potato Wedges will be the best thing to ever come out of your air fryer 😮💨 Ingredients 3-4 Russet Potatoes 1 Tbsp Baking Soda 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Heath Riles Garlic Butter Seasoning (or seasoning of choice) 1 cup shredded Colby Jack Cheese 6 strips of Bacon (crumbled) 2 Green onions (chopped) Instructions Place a large pot of water on the stove over medium high heat. Rinse the potatoes and cut them into equal sized wedges. Boil the potatoes with 1 Tablespoon of baking soda until just about fork tender. (6-8 minutes). Be sure to add the baking soda slowly! Drain the wedges in a large colander and then add them to a large bowl with olive oil and your favorite potato seasoning. I like the Heath Riles Garlic Butter seasoning. Shake the wedges in oil and seasoning to coat and then add to a 400 degree air fryer for 20-25 minutes, or until your potatoes are crispy. Shake them around a few times while they cook. Once crispy top with shredded Colby Jack and crumbled bacon before placing back in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese. Top with green onions and serve with ranch for dipping! Enjoy!! #EasyRecipe #airfryer #appetizer
