This is one of the most kid-requested meals on our dinner rotation. It checks all the boxes. It's quick, easy, and you can make it without heating up your whole house. To make it, you're gonna lay out two layers of foil and add on potatoes, carrots, onions, seasoning and olive oil. Then it's gonna be a seasoned burger patty and a drizzle of barbecue sauce. Then you'll roll it up real tight like an enchilada. That's gonna cook on medium-high heat for about 25 minutes. Then we'll add on cheese, some more barbecue sauce, leftover bacon from breakfast and crispy fried onions. Everything's hot enough to melt the cheese as is, but if you're as patient as I am, you can pop it back on the grill for just a second to get everything melted. And it's ready. And if you've made it this far, I need your help. Do you need more crockpot meals, one pan meals, like barely cooking dinners, do you want chicken, beef, fries, pasta? Let me know. Don't forget to click that like and share so the algorithm can bring you back tomorrow. And if you've made any of these recipes so far, I want to hear all about it in the comments.
