I take a whole salon and a spa experience to people's homes and I help do spa treatments, facials and luxury massages in the comfort of people's homes. Is it a particular hair styling for ethnic groups or not? It mainly targets Afro-Caribbean hair. So you can do anything? I absolutely can. Do it for me? I now do facials and beard treatments. Have you started? I have, I'm 2 years in. Amazing! I've built a team of 10 people so I have staff members that also go to different areas. So as I'm in Essex, London, my other team will be in Hertfordshire. I'm worried about scalability. Um, I'm already- What's your first year plan? So, it's the- I've already scaled because I took my business to Dubai in February and whilst I was in Dubai my business was still fully operating here with my team here. Do you pick up your business from direct marketing? Everything's from social media at the moment. Tell me about the margin structure. The margin structure? Yeah. So I- Sorry. You're under pressure now, aren't you? I am under pressure, 'cause the margin bit is throwing me off. How much do you charge a session? Between £100 to £300 depending on what they want. And how much do you give your guys? £100. So are you actually making a profit? I'm making a hell of a lot of profit. What profit have you made in the last 6 months? First year I did do- I turned my business into a 6 figure business. Yeah. 40,000 of that was profit. Well you've done very, very well. Thank you. Look, it's not a business I'd invest in. Yes.
