Vending machine won't give customers change. No one was getting their change. Customers complain. Get a few customers call us to complain that when they put $2 of quarters in the vending machine, it wasn't registering it at all. It also wouldn't give them their change back. Won't even register that there's coins in there. It's usually because there's a coin jam. Sure enough when I got there, that was exactly the problem. So many. This vending machine is at an indoor skatepark and there's a lot of kids who use a lot of coins. I pretty much just took all the coins that were stuck in there and put them right back in. Usually what happens when people don't get their change is they just kick the vending machine. That happened here because there's so many. There's no amount of kicking that's going to fix this coin jam though. It was pretty big. If you have any ideas of products that would sell well at a skatepark, drop them in the comments below. Let's switch out the payday for the Airheads. Most vending machines are in locations with an older clientele, tell, but this is one of our vending machines that is mostly kids. So it's really a hit or miss on what they buy. Telling. I mean M&Ms aren't selling. I could switch those out for gummy bears. Usually peanut M&Ms are one of the best sellers, but here they just don't sell at all. We also took the payday out because obviously 10-year-olds probably aren't buying paydays. So let me know if you have any other ideas.
