Guests sent a list of everything they damaged

When this guest checked out I was a little nervous to walk into the house. In the message though, she also told me the way that she fixed everything. I really was just hoping for the best at this point. First thing she told me is that they lost the TV remote. I actually just found it right away on the couch and I walked in. She already shipped me a new one so I just put it in my storage closet. Because it will inevitably get lost again. She also told me one of the coasters broken half and she ordered rock glue to put it back together. It's just a coaster so it's not a big deal. Biggest damage was probably that the shelf was broken. One of the kids use it as a ladder to climb onto the windowsill. She said she tried to fix it but obviously was not a fix. I was also a super quick fix. I put honey sticks in the coffee station and I was laughing because I kept finding them half eaten everywhere. So it's safe to say that the kids enjoyed those. I noticed some sippy cups were missing. Once she noticed that her kids stole them, she overnighted me some new ones. The last thing I didn't even realize until I went to go cook the next day. Burner wouldn't turn on at all. Can you see why? We're here for a whole month. So I'm not actually sure if it's their fault. All of the other burners were working. This is a super expensive stove. Hoping.
