I eat out almost every meal, but I also don't spend money on things that I don't really need. I don't buy clothes that often. Don't really care about designer. Starting over here at my desk, we've got my computers. This is my work computer, but this is my personal one and it is an M4 MacBook Pro. I've also got my original M1 MacBook Pro. Kind of sad, but I spent the majority of my life on these things. But if I were to just look at the return on investment from buying them, they have paid for themselves many times over. Up next is my 8 Sleep for my king mattress. I'm a sleep maxer and so 3 grand so that my bed is always at the perfect temperature. Absolutely worth it. Here I've got my Sony A74 mirrorless camera. I used this when I used to record YouTube videos. I want to get back to that, but also I use it now when I'm recording the Nvidia podcast. The whole setup with the lens was probably around 4500. Again, already paid for itself. It's not really a thing, but my degree from Georgia Tech. I absolutely would not be where I am or not for my education from Georgia Tech, and it only $13,000 a year when I went there in state tuition. Totally worth it. These days I pay a lot in AI subscriptions. I think I'm on the $100 a month Kodex and Claude plan, not to mention other platforms. Kodex is definitely the one that is worth the money right now. But I'm an absolute weapon with these tools because of how much I use them and I think it's a lot of the value I drive to my job. Lastly, it's just my crib in general. It's a little messy right now, excuse me. SF rental prices are absolutely insane right now. I'm paying $4,800 a month for a one bed. But as I've said before, I can absolutely afford it. I still save and invest more than 90% of my income. And I've had five roommates up until very recently. I'm not gonna lie though, it is nice to be alone. That's about it.
