LET IT FAIL IN THE WORKPLACE LET IT FAIL It must fail It must fail Let me dive into this because we're on part four or five now, something like that. I'm not saying be lazy. I'm not. Because I'm one of the hardest workers for myself, not building someone else's dreams, my dreams. But I'm saying you have to have self-respect. You have to have a backbone because then they're being fired and managers are not filling those roles and you are being stretched. You're not being paid the extra. You're not being valued more and your job isn't more secure. If you're picking up one or two, three people's job roles. And if it succeeds, someone within the team says, yeah, let's get it done. Come on team, we'll work together and we'll still make it happen. Because then they're naive and they're stupid to the corporate world and they believe that the managers actually give two hoots if you make it a success. They don't. Because then the senior leaders are going, profits are up. We're not spending more. We had a budget to hire new people. We haven't had to spend that and we're still getting the workload done. This is super efficient. Managers, you are doing a great job. And the minions, you guys and girls who are working at the bottom, I've been there. I've been one of those freaking minions. You're treated like a mug. It has to fail. It has to break in order for things to be highlighted and then for it to be fixed. But you have to be unified. And this is the problem. When you are in a financially competitive environment, there's always that freaking coworker that is going to say, no, come on team, let's make it a success. Let's carry on. And they are the weak link in the armor. The weak chain link, whatever it's called. You can't have that individual. So if there's four, five of you and there's one of you that says, come on team, we'll still make it happen. All four, five of you need to say to that employee, no, we are bloody not getting it done. You're going to fail with us because this needs to be highlighted, otherwise this is going to continue and this will be a problem forevermore. And we're all going to be stressed out, burnt out, and we're going to hate the job even more so than what you probably already do. It must fail in order for things to get better. I hope you understand this and get it and make that change. Because if not, we're going to end up quitting and hating the job, more so than what you probably already do. It must fail.
