BEING ON TIME IS NOT LATE

If your job starts at 8 or 9:00 AM, are you considered late? Apparently, apparently to this numpty, you are considered. Check this out. 8am doesn't mean roll up at 8am looking half dead. 8:00 is when we start. It's not when you park up, text, you're saying you're close, and not your on. If starting at 8, be minutes before, ready, sorted, and in job. Turning on time makes wait yourself. Listen to any more of him. If your work starts at 8:00, you better turn. Are you paying early? I bet he's not. People like me and him wouldn't get on. That's the God's honest truth. And I advise everything, you don't need early. Is he paying three, single week, turning up 10 minutes early? I don't think he is, and it's making everyone else just bananas, bonkers, d-nuts, delusional. Do not go in early. Do not stay late. Because it's people like this that exploit people. This is the thing, value them again, no matter how many times you, how many, how many times you brown-nose, agree? The boss's rear, agree? Does it agree? Does it secure your job for life? Agree? No. Are you all replaceable still? Yes. Are you gonna get some great pay rise that's secure you and your individuals? Is he offering, offering you equity in the business? No. So why on earth are you turning up early? It looks like a plumber or an electrician or a painter, so yeah, you've got a job at a certain time, but if the contract and the job says you start at 9:00, guess what time you should be starting? No earlier.
