What I got paid to do as an operations consultant in June. And included much, well, think transparency is super important. I did project management tool build out, specifically with one client, helping them build training. With another client, I'm on retainer and I help them with post-acquisition systems integration, so they're acquiring companies, overseeing all of the initiatives to bring the companies together as quickly as possible. And with a client, more advisory, optimisation capacity, so that's a little bit lighter touch. I've been working with them for four years now, helping them, especially now with AI, figure out how to weave that into their work.
