Why your pre-shift feels pointless

pre-shifts are not done consistently, and B they're not done correctly. pre-shift is probably the tool to develop your people, get results, hold accountability, and implement make sure that systems stick, that doesn't so consistently, that means every employee needs to get pre-shift. they have to be undistracted.
