if you go to a Ritz-Carlton, you look up the price of, a Marriott, a Marriott weekend for example, Marriott weekend prices like $300, one night. The Ritz-Carlton, it's 1200, $1,500. So if you've ever been to a Ritz-Carlton, then you're gonna room is not four or five times more valuable than a Marriott. A lot people go, really beautiful, they have the and the gyms and this and that. Some of them have ocean views. Yeah, they do. But when they did a study, they saw that 80% of people who regularly stay at Ritz-Carltons don't even use the grounds. They don't use the gym. Anything. They don't even go to the bar sometimes. What does that tell you? It's not about the rooms. It's not about the grounds. What I'm paying for is certainty. If I'm a Ritz-Carlton regular, what I'm paying, what I'm paying for is certainty. What do you think they're paying for? The experience. What experience? Doors being opened, you know, bag guys taking your stuff out. So they're paying for is that, which is, I don't want to deal with any BS. Like a- "I don't any b*******, straight up. I don't want to go to the front desk and have someone who's on their phone, they're doing. I don't want to call for my bags, and I get some guy who's over attitude, low energy. What I wanna do is deal with professionals through and through. I don't have to worry about anything about anything, go," right? I don't wanna go into a hotel and leave in a I came in because of a person. That's what I'm paying for at Ritz-Carlton. Ritz-Carlton's fully immersive, so that means with a gardener, with a maintenance person, who you're dealing with a high level of they're trained hospitality, they're trained. It's all about the experience. It's all an act. We're putting we're presenting perceived value without having money without having to spend any more money.
