Day 5/30 eating 2 cups of beans a day Recipe 👇🏾 - In a pan add a can of black and pinto beans (rinsed of course), handlful of chopped white onion, season with salt and a dash of chicken fajita seasoning. Smash up in the pan and add a splash of chicken stock to make it more creamy. Cook until heated through - Add two scoops of the bean mixture to your tortilla, handful of cheese and a nice serving of that good old TB sauce - Finish by crisping in a pan with a little bit of olive oil- I just used the pan I cooked my fajita chicken in and it turned out perfect! Definitely going to batch these for lunches next week or whenever I need an easy meal. Let me know if you end up trying it! #beantok #highfiber #tacobell #beans
