Have y'all tried the viral one pan cheesy taco rice? I've been seeing everybody making it as a side dish, but baby, y'all already know me. I added chicken and turned them into toasted burritos. I had leftover rotisserie chicken, so I pulled it off the bones, threw it on my blackstone with some taco seasoning, a little water, and salt. Just be careful when you're adding the salt because don't forget we gotta add some cheese to this. Sear chicken, season w/ taco seasoning. Spread that chicken over the rice and then cover every nook and cranny with Mexican cheese. But feel free to stretch your own cheese for this part. Cover the top with cheese. Now make sure you cover this very tightly and bake it at 350 for about 45 minutes. Once it comes out, you gotta put the icing on the cake. I went in with Gordo's cheese dip all over the top. Then back in the oven for about 5 minutes. Baby, this was so much better than I expected. Would you make yours with chicken or beef? Technically, we could stop here, but y'all already know me. I grabbed some large tortillas, loaded them up with that cheesy chicken taco rice, folded them up and toasted them on both sides on my blackstone. Toast 'em up! I'm definitely trying them next time.
