WHEN I FIRST heard about jumping timelines and quantum leaping a few years ago, I used to think that would be something, like, so dramatic. But what I've experienced during my own journey is that the biggest sign that you jump timelines is actually very subtle. Like, you might not even know you jump timelines. Okay, so the first sign is that the things that you used to crave, they just do not excite you anymore, like at all. It's not that you're depressed, your nervous system is no longer chasing what no longer aligns with who you're becoming. Your relationships or your goals, they just don't hit the same. The second sign is that people may start saying things like, you changed, and it's not because you're trying to be different, but it's because your boundaries got stronger, your standards, they got higher, and your identity evolved. See, the version of you that were comfortable with you anymore. The third sign is that opportunities start showing up that your old self would have never recognized. You're in the same world, but you're having different perspective, different ideas, different conversations, and you're meeting different people. The thing is, when you heal your patterns, you start making different decisions. And those different decisions open up new, different timelines. But here's what I want you to understand. Stop obsessing whether you jump timelines or not. I want you to start asking yourself, like, who am I becoming through the choices that I'm making today? See, because your future isn't built from just that one magical moment. It's built every time that you choose healing over survival, when you choose self trust over your fear, alignment over conditioning. Because sometimes the next chapter is not about becoming somebody new. It's about actually remembering who you always been.
