MISTAKE I THINK A LOT OF AMERICANS GONNA SHARE IT IT'S PROBABLY GONNA COST ME THOUSANDS OF I'M NOT LOOKING FOR MEDICAL ADVICE I AM OVER AND HEALED FROM MY MISTAKE CAN SHARE AND FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE I'M GOING TO HAD THE INKLING HAVE A UTI WHICH INFECTION I'VE HAD ONE I THINK MAYBE TWO BEFORE SO I'M FAMILIAR WITH URGENCY THE FULL BLADDER THE NEED TO PEE THE BURNING SENSATION WANT TO SEE A DOCTOR ON SATURDAY SO I WOULD JUST CARE ON SUNDAY ANTIBIOTIC I WAS DELAYING MY CARE I DIDN'T IT I DIDN'T GO SEE A DOCTOR BECAUSE REMEMBER AMERICANS DON'T GET FREE HEALTHCARE BY SATURDAY NIGHT THE MORNING I WAS IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN ENOUGH TO WAKE ENTIRE FLANKS WERE HURTING MY JOINTS WERE HURTING I WAS ACHY SHAKY UNCOMFORTABLE SO I CALLED THE VIRTUAL CARE TELEHEALTH LINE AND I EXPLAINED MY SYMPTOMS AND REQUESTED AN ANTIBIOTIC THEY PRESCRIBED IT MY ANTIBIOTIC WITHIN A FEW HOURS ON SUNDAY I WAS CONTINUING TO WORSE SYMPTOMS BUT ANTIBIOTICS ARE PRETTY FAST ACTING WITHIN 24 FEEL RELIEF SO I DIDN'T WANT TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL EVEN THOUGH GOOGLING ALL OF MY SYMPTOMS NEEDED IMMEDIATE CARE PAY HOSPITAL BILLS WHICH CAN BE UPWARDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DEPENDING YOU STAY SO I WAITED AND I WAITED AND BY MONDAY I HAD TAKEN THREE DOSES OF MY ANTIBIOTIC I WAS STILL FEVERISH I WAS STILL SHAKING UNCONTROLLABLY WORE OFF AND THEN I STARTED WAS GETTING DEHYDRATED I LOOKED AT SAID YOU HAVE TO TAKE ME IN FACT I WITH THE ER FOR THE APPOINTMENT THE ER WEBSITE SAID NO STOP AND COME IN RIGHT AWAY I SPENT I FIVE HOURS IN THE ER RECEIVED AN ANTIBIOTIC DRIP MULTIPLE BLOOD DRAWS MULTIPLE TESTS AND TWO BAGS OF BECAUSE OF THE BOOST IN HYDRATION I FELT IMMEDIATELY BETTER AND BY TUESDAY I FELT RELIEF FROM MY SYMPTOMS GONE I WAS NO LONGER ACHY AND SHAKY I AND TIRED THROUGH ALL OF THIS BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO HOSPITAL PRICES SO I DELAYED MY CARE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE RISKED MY HEALTH BECAUSE AT SOME POINT I MIGHT DIE FROM SEPSIS HUGE COMPLICATION FOR HAVING INFECTIONS ESPECIALLY IF THOSE INFECTIONS TRAVEL TO YOUR KIDNEYS BLOODSTREAM UM BE HARMFUL SO RECEIVE ALL OF MY MEDICAL BILLS WEEK OR SO OF COURSE DO A BREAKDOWN COSTS TO BE SICK IN AMERICA

I made a mistake I think a lot of Americans gonna share it it's probably gonna cost me thousands of I'm not looking for medical advice I am over and healed from my mistake but if I can share and from making the same mistake I'm going to had the inkling have a UTI which infection I've had one I think maybe two before so I'm familiar with urgency the full bladder the need to pee the burning sensation want to see a doctor on Saturday so I would just care on Sunday antibiotic I was delaying my care I didn't it I didn't go see a doctor because remember Americans don't get free healthcare by Saturday night the morning I was in excruciating pain enough to wake entire flanks were hurting my joints were hurting I was achy shaky uncomfortable so I called the virtual care telehealth line and I explained my symptoms and requested an antibiotic they prescribed it my antibiotic within a few hours on Sunday I was continuing to worse symptoms but antibiotics are pretty fast acting within 24 feel relief so I didn't want to go to the hospital even though googling all of my symptoms needed immediate care pay hospital bills which can be upwards of thousands of dollars depending you stay so I waited and I waited and by Monday I had taken three doses of my antibiotic I was still feverish I was still shaking uncontrollably wore off and then I started was getting dehydrated I looked at said you have to take me in fact I with the ER for the appointment the ER website said no stop and come in right away I spent I five hours in the ER received an antibiotic drip multiple blood draws multiple tests and two bags of because of the boost in hydration I felt immediately better and by Tuesday I felt relief from my symptoms gone I was no longer achy and shaky I and tired through all of this because I didn't want to hospital prices so I delayed my care as long as possible risked my health because at some point I might die from sepsis huge complication for having infections especially if those infections travel to your kidneys bloodstream um be harmful so receive all of my medical bills week or so of course do a breakdown costs to be sick in America
