I believe the oats have soaked enough. So we're gonna preheat the oven and go ahead on these muffins. Ingredients. add zucchini. This is gonna and so is the frozen blueberries instead of fresh. I reduced the amount of milk to 3/4 cup to offset that additional moisture. Our wet ingredients here. We've got one egg, 1/2 cup of and I spray the container with oil so that the honey just slips right out. This is supposed to be melted it didn't quite Melt all the way, it's neither melted nor cooled. Mix the wet. and the dry. Perfect. Don't try but also don't take it too seriously. and frozen blueberries. We're gonna oil the muffin tin. These for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Time because I have a small oven and the cook time is reduced. Me to show my babies. Okay, bye. Bye, Are heavily over baked. Hopefully the texture still good.
