How I Packaged My Service So Clients Say "YES" Immediately
*most service providers are packaging them backwards*
I used to list deliverables on my sales page
"4 calls, a workbook, email support." I laid out everything I was going to DO and wondered why people weren't buying. Then I realized nobody cared about the deliverables. They cared about where they'd be when I was done. I rewrote everything around the transformation.
I built ONE signature offer first
I stopped trying to sell five things at five price points. I picked the biggest transformation I provide, the one where someone comes to me hurting and I take them ALL the way to the other side. Every other offer I built after that exists in relationship to this one.
I gave every offer an end date
I used to do open-ended engagements and it was draining me. Without a finish line, my clients never felt the transformation and it cost me more money. Now everything has a timeline, 2 calls or 3 months, and it ends. They can always renew.
I stopped building before I sold
I used to build the ENTIRE offer before I even knew if anyone wanted it. Now I outline it, sell it, THEN build it. My first client always changes how it works anyway. I would've wasted so much time building something I was just going to redo.
I reverse engineered everything else around it
Once my signature offer was locked, I built one below it (a quick win that leads INTO it) and one above it (the next step for clients who finished). All connected.
SIGNATURE OFFER IN THE MIDDLE, QUICK WIN BELOW, NEXT STEP ABOVE.
That's how I packaged everything and honestly it's all you need.
