let's unbox my louise carmen journal

Oh my god. This is honestly better than I ever expected. The day has finally arrived. I got myself a Louise Carmen journal. Finally. Let's unpack this situation because I'm freaking out about it. Oh my god. Oh my god. Look at her. This is perfect. I went for the medium size. This is the road book and I decided to go all black. The way that this black patina is unbelievable. And then I decided against doing a charm in the center because I actually saw a lot of people talk about how it indented the leather a bit. Maybe maybe we'll add like a crystal or a charm later on down the line. So I decided to only do the charms on the side. I actually have this on a necklace. It's like my evil eye, you know, it's protection. And then for the middle charm, I have actually this protection. I have a sun and moon pendant, which has to be one of the luckiest charms in the tarot and also just a reminder to trust the process. As much as you want and hyper-fixate on the outcome. It's just, it's just, it's been a bucket list item for me for so long. I've been journaling for, I mean, as long as I can remember, but outside of just journaling, I really, really got into it when I was working at architecture. And my boss at the time had her incredible smice in day book always on her desk and it like really got me into it. I got myself my first smice in day book and this just felt like an amazing next step and next iteration of me and my journey. I'm so excited to fill up these pages and just let it serve as a reminder throughout the year of how far I have come and will continue to go. I'm so excited. I love her.
