Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
I started a company. It's small, it's messy, but it's mine. I've laid people off and felt each one. I've slept under the desk, not for a LinkedIn post, but because payroll was due and the money just wasn't there. I don't have frameworks. I have scars and a Stripe account that finally turned green last month. It's not really glamorous, but it's real and I made it. I advise companies like yours, even though I've never run one. I fly business class to test CEOs what their own employees already told them for free. I make slides. Beautiful slides. I once did a 94 slide deck on Synergy Realization and it won an award. I've said disrupt 4,000 times and disrupted nothing. My advice gets implemented 0% of the time, but I get paid either way. Next quarter I'm pivoting to advising AI companies. I don't really know what they do, but that doesn't matter because the deck is already gorgeous.
