It’s not an easy journey but I know I’m not doing it alone, I have a great support system, friends and family that love me and I just take it day by day. #sober #sobriety #life #fyp Earlier this year I spent a week in a ward and the next month in a rehabilitation center. I've been sober ever since. That was all Friday. The reason I did that was because I tried to take my own life, you know. And and it's not that it's not the depression that's taking over. It's not that it's not the depression that's taking over. And I went and got it. And I went and got it. Some people out there do it, some people don't. You know, a lot of people don't understand it. And that's all right. I've been sober ever since. And one of the biggest things is you realize you were normal. And I had doctors that are friends. We always got together, weekends or weekdays, whatever. And drinking was always involved. And I still have those friends, they're still all my friends, you know. But we don't hang out as much because I don't drink anymore. But the point is, you can't expect your life to change if you don't do something about it. And putting the work it takes to get there. It's it's probably the hardest thing I've ever done in my life. But I'm doing it. And I'm facing all my problems head on instead of pushing them to the side. I'm getting out there and I'm trying new stuff, you know, trying to figure out what I want to do in life. And everything. I'm 30 years old, man. That sucks. To do 30 years old, that sucks. But it is what it is. It's still a life worth living. And I deserve to be here. So
