As a leasing agent I tell people all the time who claim they're in the market for a studio apartment and then I take them into a studio apartment and they're looking at me cross-eyed. So for all my people who are in the market for a studio apartment, keep watching because I'm gonna show you exactly what that size and space looks like. And then I'm gonna compare it to a junior one bedroom. Which if you don't know, junior one bedroom floor plans, they're basically a middle ground between a traditional size one bedroom floor plan and a studio. So now, again, if you're confused on anything I just said, don't worry, because I'm gonna go show you one. So let's go. Okay, so front door here. This is an overview of a studio, okay? This particular floor plan is 507 square feet. And I'm just gonna walk y'all around and show you what this space feels like. I know this is virtual so you can't really feel the space, but this is better than nothing, okay? Take what you can get. So front door here. Right here is a bathroom which luckily doesn't get that much smaller with these smaller floor plans. This is a pretty nice size bathroom. So again, this is the bedroom space. So again, this is the bedroom space. And then coming off the bedroom, we have two closets here. These are just regular hall closet style closets, nothing too special. And then in this floor plan, we have the washer and dryer combo is up here in the front. Again, pretty much right in front of the bedroom. And then coming off the bedroom, we have the living room space, which in here is not too bad. There are some beautiful floor to ceiling windows in here that lead out to a very nice size balcony. So, the main focus for right now is the living room area. So in here you could probably fit a nice size two or three seater sofa, little coffee table, maybe even put a little desk over here. The main thing is though, there's no kitchen, there's no island, there's no microwave, there's no oven, there's no refrigerator. So how you would set that up beats me. But nonetheless, this is a true studio that does a nice job separating the bedroom area from the living room area, but there's no door to create that privacy. Now, right behind the laundry door is the bathroom. So again, nice size bathroom in here. This is bigger than the studio one. And it connects nicely to the bedroom space, which the studio did not do. Now, right behind the laundry door is the bathroom. So again, nice size bathroom in here. This is bigger than the studio one. And it connects nicely to the bedroom space, which the studio did not do. So, coming into the bedroom area, you can see there's no window, but there is a cutout up there to let in some sunlight. And there are two nice size, traditional like coat closet. And then there's also a sliding barn door which really helps to create some privacy that the studio does not get. Now, coming out of the room, we have a little hallway here that leads to the living room. And this is a really nice size layout. Also has a nice size balcony. So this living room while it is the same setup as the studio, it is bigger. Um, so yeah, you can still fit a nice amount of furniture in here. Now, I know this is a virtual tour essentially, so you can't truly feel the size, but hopefully this visual helps somebody who's considering renting a studio apartment or a one bedroom type of apartment. Nonetheless, I'm gonna stop talking y'all's heads off. I'll be back next week for Leasing Tip Tuesday. I'll see y'all then.
