Hook

If you're naturally introverted like myself and you kind of have social anxiety or you're kind of awkward when you're talking to people in public, here's five confidence hacks that I use to make me more confident and make me more successful in return. Number one, your body is your remote control. Use your hands when you talk. I used to never do this. I do it all the time now. It just makes it so much easier to get my point across whenever I'm talking to somebody. Number two, be the first person to speak whenever the conversation feels awkward. This was really hard for me to do, but whether you're talking to like a girl or somebody you just met, you can literally just be like, well, this is awkward. And I'm telling you it makes your confidence go through the roof. Number three, never walk into a room looking at your phone or holding your phone. So many people do this. Just makes you look weird. Number four, speak 20% slower whenever you're speaking. This makes you seem more present, more relaxed, more calm, and it makes your listening skills a lot better. Just makes you more confident overall. Number five, stop thinking you're the main character and that this shit is a movie. Nobody's watching you, nobody's judging you. Nobody cares about what you're wearing or how you look right now. People only care about themselves. Stop worrying about what other people's opinions are about you.
