Besties for the resties!! 🥹🥹💕 At 9 years old, sisters Pumpkin and Pookie lost the only home they’d ever known when their family moved without them. 💔It’s always heartbreaking to see senior pets surrendered, especially bonded pairs who have spent their entire lives together.❤️‍🩹 Thankfully, their story took the happiest turn.🥹🙏 Just days after arriving at our shelter, a wonderful family saw them on our website and came in specifically to adopt them. 🙏They told us they wanted to give our most overlooked pets a chance and knew Pumpkin and Pookie were the perfect pair. They even arrived with soft carriers and matching collars, ready to bring the sisters home together.❤️❤️ Now these two sweet girls get to spend the rest of their lives exactly where they belong! 🥰Feeling safe, loved, and side by side like they deserve. We know they will be loved for the rest of their years together.😻 We couldn’t be happier for Pumpkin and Pookie, and we’re so grateful to every family that opens their heart to a senior pet…or TWO!!❤️ We still have many wonderful pets waiting for their forever homes.
