I don't know about you but pizza day at school was always my favorite. I've tried recreating these a few times but there was always something missing. But I finally figured out what that one ingredient was. Let me show you how to make it. Start by rolling your pizza crust onto a parchment lined sheet pan. I love this brand because it already comes with the parchment paper included with the crust if available. Prebake that at 400 for about 7 minutes. While that's in the oven, brown up a pound of ground beef. Then use a potato masher to break it into very fine crumbles. Season the beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well, then remove from the heat. After you've prebaked your crust, spread on one jar of pizza sauce. Sprinkle on all but about a half cup of the seasoned beef. Evenly sprinkle the fennel seeds over the beef. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Finish by sprinkling the reserved half cup of ground beef over the cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are lightly browned. And that's all there is to it. Slice into some rectangle and enjoy. Now pause the video to screenshot the recipe.
